Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We plan to expand to more regions in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders. No coupon or minimum purchase is needed.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 4 to 8 business days after shipping. During holidays, deliveries may take a bit longer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can use to follow your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Visit our Return and Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us at capixx87@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at capixx87@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed and shipped.

Do you sell watches, clothing, and accessories?

Currently we offer watches for women and men. We will be adding clothing, caps, and accessories soon. Stay tuned!
