Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after the 30-day window, will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at capixx87@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at capixx87@gmail.com.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us at capixx87@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
